Refund policy

Refunds will only be accepted once we have receive the goods. Please make sure to inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you received the the wrong item. Any returns will need to be sent at the customers cost. 

Please make sure to take pictures of any damages so it will be easier for us to take action and either issue a refund or replace the item. Returns are only accepted if the item is in an unused/unopened condition. 

 

We DO NOT cancel or refund items once they have been shipped. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We will NOT refund items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, however it can be resent out if item is returned to sender.
